I find the copy over feature the best. In agile scrum we usually have similar activities for least 2 weeks so writing the same timesheet again is usually very irritating which is solved with Avaza.

I was able to create my account, and immediately create projects and tasks within each project. NO training at all needed. I love software that has such an intuitive interface, that you can get started immediately and not be bogged down figuring out how to use it. Great interface to browse projects, just perfect! The app they have for my Android is amazing!!! This is what really sealed it for me, although it is also very easy to email a new task to a project as well with their software so I can either send a quick email from my phone or use the app.
I have not seen anything I dislike. Everything I need is included in this software.
I needed a place to organize my projects by client, and within that, to organize a to do list of tasks. The benefits I am realizing are much more focus on what needs to get done and not spending time trying to remember things and find things, as it's all in one place.
The ease with which it integrates quotes, timesheets, expenses and invoicing
I think the quote feature might need some improvement. I want to introduce solar companies to Avaza but I don't think the users will be able to generate accurate quotes using Avaza alone. Some calculation fields to in the quotes section will be helpful.
Organizing my business. Before using Avaza I was disorganized, but Avaza being so intuitive and easy to use is helping me be more organized. I can easily keep track of all my timesheets, invoices and expenses.
I like the possibles of configurations and the allerts to every task I'm intended to be part of.
I am loving it! Nothing to dislike by now.

The feature timesheets wich allows me to compute how much time i've spent on my tasks and to do a weekly summary of my job. I use it to keep track of my job when i can't reach my workplace.
The expenses feature, i don't think it's usefull for this kind of tool.
It makes easy to track the work hours and how much of them you spend on a task so you can organize your time in smart working without having to reach your work place.
Avaza has been a lifesaver for our small office. It works perfectly while we work on multiple projects and try to keep track of all of our time. Keeping track of hours and submitting for approval is super easy. I highly recommend!
There are a lot of options, so some people might like that, but I'm more of a "less is more" person, so the options can be a little overwhelming sometimes.

The slick design of the software makes it easy to use. Its very functional and is changing life in our office. The timesheet system is straughtforward and the reporting we get out of this is exactly what we need. Recurring tasks saves us a lot of time and is the due dates in general is a great way of helping us to manage our workflow. The support is very good as well, you also get a quick response and normally always can help with your query.
Not being able to link one customer to more than one company is a bit of a pain.

So far from the experience I have had troubles with removing certain projects if they were abandoned or not completed, so mainly that’s the issue I have
Project tracking and accountability issues. I have managed to do any analysis of the projects that we have dropped against the ones activated successfully. I am able to create, track and assign tasks to my colleagues with minimal effort.I can run many projects on Avaza concurrently and I am able to set due dates for issues and classify them with their level of importance. It has made life easier in terms of accountability of tasks assigned to an Individual.
Avaza was easy to set up and is easy to use. Whenever we request help or additional features they are always quick to help us out.
I have no complaints with respect to using Avaza.
We use Avaza to run our consulting business. This includes time and expense tracking, invoicing and resource planning and management.
I like that Avaza has different tools that, if put together, make a great solution for project management. It has features such as invoicing (including billing and expense management!), project management and collaboration that work all to their maximum potential and offer a good quality software. When using Avaza, I like that I can set reminders for my team to complete tasks or timesheets, while also working in the sales part of my job, allowing me to see my list of clients through Kanban View or other different ways in which I can adjust the interface.
I don't have any complaints towards this software, and I usually enjoy using it for all my projects.
Avaza has been very helpful to recover our productivity when we notice we are lacking, and we can always count on it to help us achieve that professional essence in our project making process. Working in Sales Management, I believe it's essential that I can work with both sales and project management in softwares that I can easily integrate together, but Avaza offers it all in one for a fair price that does not affect negatively the business. In my opinion, Avaza is full of the most recent features and tools that are always added frequently or improved following new trends, and they are very responsive in the customer support, always clearing any questions or concerns I might have.
I primarily use Avaza to input assignments and communicate with team members. In these two functions, I love the ability to create recurring tasks (and easily link to the root task when changes need to be made), automatically notify people of assignments, and quickly and easily communicate through comments, including having the ability to both attach documents and/or add links to finished work that I can click on right from my email. My partner uses Avaza for invoicing, amongst other things, and I know that it has significantly shortened the time this takes her every month.
I wish there was some kind of approval that needed to be given before an assignment was sent out to someone. While the dropdown menu to select team members is convenient, it is far too easy to accidentally "select" someone just by failing to scroll past their name, and it appears that an email automatically goes out even if you immediately switch to the correct person.
As mentioned above, invoicing is far faster, easier, and more streamlined. Additionally, it's nice to have everything all in one place where we know we have a clear record without having to search for things.
The way Avaza enables you to organize your projects and create sections to help you divide and conquer your goals is amazing. I've been looking for applications with this sort of layout to organize personal projects and I am very satisfied with this app for what I've been needing.
Not necessarily a bat thing, but there are too many functionalities that I'm not familiar with, and they end up clogging up the screen sometimes.

I am having indescribable experience with this splendid software. It helps me a lot in running my business effectively. I am so happy with its invention because of organizing and streamlining my business. Its support team is very much responsive and answer all my questions so quickly. To me I have tried several project management products but I found it to be the most suitable one. It is quite easy to set reminders that keep us notified and in this way it prevents us from missing important projects related key points.
I feel pleased to use this software because it keeps several things under single location. In the beginning I found some of its aspects to be difficult but after getting familiar with it. It is indeed fun to use. Personally I am not having any single complain about it.
I love to use this software because of its excellent billing capabilities. It is very much user friendly and it enhances the productivity of my work to a greater extent. The most impressive thing about it is its simplicity of design and its ability of viewing tasks so easily that are relevant to different projects. Running and managing projects is so much easy with the invention of Avaza. The best thing is its cloud based ability and compatibility with numerous other devices. I strongly appreciate its tracking tools.
Avaza is definitely the most versatile PM tool I've ever used. The fact that I can create an estimate, turn it into a project, pan in resource, do timesheets, report on projects, use it to upload documents and communicate with my team and clients and bill my client is amazing.
I would prefer to be able to assign a colour to each project so its colour co-ordinated on the team schedule view rather than the project status being the colour of the task but it's not the end of the world.
I'm able to plan the studio resource with a clear view and it's going to help me see how much time we actually use on a project/ how much it's costing against what we scoped for at the beginning of the project.
Avaza has so many features yet it is so easy to set up and use. I like that I can manage projects parately but view all my tasks across different projects. I like that I can set up schedules, track expenses and timesheets and send invoices using only Avaza. I also like that it has a Mobile App, so I can check on the team's progress, answer urgent comments, check my projects and add to-dos on the go.
There is no message board to put announcements (company updates and milestones, acknowledge team's efforts, put up birthday greetings, etc) or overview of the project and where people can communicate, leave comments, suggestions, etc. This could be helpful for virtual teams for better collaboration and also for archiving communications. Right now, the comment section is buried within each task.
Avaza simplifies reporting and monitoring of tasks. If I want to see my priorities or deadlines, I just switch to My Task and see everything - I don't need to go to each project. The all in one feature allows me to manage different aspects of the project using only one software - thus it makes project management a lot simpler and I don't need multiple subscriptions and integrations so cheaper too.
We recently migrated to Avaza from Active Collab and Clockify. The import of projects and tasks were very smooth. Still exploring it but liked the way it allows us to create custom and detailed reports.
Not too many integrations are available to connect with other platforms. Requires a developer to connect via weebhooks. Should add more integrations to sync projects across platforms,
We are getting detailed reports, have a very customization user access level grants and much more. Still exploring its features.
It streamlined my invoicing process. I don't have to juggle multiple programs for task management and invoicing anymore. It also makes assigning tasks and managing projects easier than my previous vendor. And above all, I've been really impressed with the response time from their customer service team.
The task recurring options are a little limited. For example, you cannot have a task recur on the 3rd Friday of every month. This has caused a little hassle since sometimes tasks fall on a weekend if they recur on a monthly basis.

What I like about this software is its customer support who gives skilled services and sort out our issues in less time. It has great functionalities for customization. I can group my project into different sections including milestones, epics and features or any sort of description that is included in my project or business requirement. Creating useful Charts is now my favorite part because of this amazing product. It helps me in making credit notes, time sheets and other recurring expenses for all my projects in a very significant manner.
I do not have any major problem with this project management product. Tracking of my projects through library reports is mow more effective with this application. It’s a great intuitive and also a major part of any type of industry these days.
Avaza is a huge supporter in managing high level projects with larger team complexities and also it helps in the management of larger teams. It has an ability to produce high results from the projects and also it is a direct approach to any type of project. It also keeps effective project tracking system. This platform is easy to understand and also quite effective in implementation in any organization. Additionally, this software helps in managing time and budget of the required project in a very unique way without disturbing the team management.
Avaza allows us to manage many clients and many projects simultaneously, which is essential to our small and dynamic consulting practice. We were so pleased to find Avaza after searching and testing many other apps, including all of the larger name brands, because all of them had limits in functionality or number of projects or clients or users that made them unusable to us.
Not too many downsides so far. Because it has a lot of flexibility, it takes some time to learn how to best use the features.
Avaza has allowed us to integrate our time tracking, project management and invoicing into one central place - saving time and hassle as we used to use different systems for all of these.
