Back in 2014 when I was looking for an all-in-one solution that offered calendar import and export between different platforms such as Apple iCal, Outlook and Gmail, That's when I first came across Bitrix 24 because it was the only platform offering it. I was impressed to see that apart of the calendar feature, bitrix 24 offered a wide variety of other useful features and services as well.
I won't say that I dislike anything about Bitrix 24 because it'll be a lie, I would rather say that the Documentation even though it is pretty detailed could be still improved further.
Our biggest challenge was calendar synchronization. Bitrix 24 has solved this one big problem for us. Because the calendar is crucial to any business. Without a working solution, it is very hard to keep track of meetings and other schedules.

I use Bitrix24 regularly in and out of workstation and I barely encounter issues when using it.
Task management. Phone call management. Video and audio conferencing.
Its interface is very easy to use as it is like our internal social network, which makes it dynamic and easy to work with. Files and documents are sent and uploaded quickly and video calls are perfectly audible and look very clear. The fact that it is in the cloud, makes our computer is not overloaded with information.
It can sometimes feel a little heavy the program, perhaps it is a problem of the computer or misconfiguration when installing the software. Although it is a fairly complete software, it could use some other marketing integrations so that everything is in the same program.
Bitrix we use at work for everything, it is our portal to communicate, send files, video calls, chats. It also has many features and tools for effective crm such as the Gantt chart to monitor tasks and their progress. We use it in every department to improve performance.

What I like the most about Bitrix24 software is its set of tools that not only facilitates CRM, but also allows us to exchange files in real time, it also allows us to manage our projects and have a task calendar.
I have had no problems with the Bitrix24 software in the desktop version but I do see that the version for Android phones lacks a bit of all these tools but in the future it will have all of them
Bitrix24 software allows our work team to be in constant communication, it has solved the problem we had of not being able to exchange files between the team, we did not have tools that would allow us to manage projects as efficiently as this software allows us to do it, our team's workflow is very efficient thanks to the software

I am Solving the company’s internal communications using it for chat and video conferencing, with options for recording videos to share within a team or across your whole business. The platform also has a social-media-like news feed to see updates about projects and leads. Individual employees can also post questions or updates, and others can like and comment on them. Overall great software

What I like best about britix24 is that you can communicate with a team and collaborate with the team very quickly, and how you can send a private message to a particular person and how easy it is for them to look at that message and respond promptly to you—private messaging where you can pinpoint who you want to write to. The tracking by admin to say what time you logged in and completed assignments. I like that it offers unlimited users, tools, and that its free most of all.
What I disliked about the bitrix24 system is that it should have its own map system type of format, also the fact that I dont think it uses others apps much like Facebook or twitter and other apps to add to its fluency.
Solutions that Bitrix24 has allowed me to do was to take part in my internship with a Human Resources internship where that I do my assignments remotely, especially during the pandemic it makes it easy to work on things and collaborate with the internship coordinators and complete my assignements.
I like that they offer a choice of using separate leads listing or going direct to contact and free 30-day trial of its paid Professional plan.
The user interface is not that friendly and It's not perfect for social networks.

I have used Bitrix24 for more than two years; it is a very user-friendly online tool. You do not need to install or set up the system. It is a SAAS system, and Bitrix24 looks after all the system maintained and hosting for you. The best part of the system is the employee management and kanban for task management.
Sometimes, Bitrix24 is more advanced for average users. You have to have good knowledge of project management to use the system. The features Bitrix24 has sometimes overkilled.
I am using Bitrix24 to manage projects in the form, and Bitrix24 makes it very easy and well organized. After migrating to Bitrix24, we did not need to maintain an on-premises server or pay any cloud server cost. It is a total saving on our budget. So ultimately, Bitrix24 saves a lot of money free us from the hassle of maintaining the system and server on-premises.
It is the only tool that allows us to use the integrated cloud to store and share files within the whole company. Bitrix24 also offers instant messaging and task management tools that boost our internal tracking and let others know our deadlines.
The only difficulty we found while using Bitrix24 is that some tool are "hidden" and you need to search for them a little bit. This improved a lot during time and updates, so I'm always expecting IU enhacements.
