I really love the intuitive set up because I have had so many tech challenges with the free platform I was using before. With Flodesk I was able to figure out my first opt-in page and my workflow within 3 hours. The customer service care is also excellent.

The downside was the pricing which I did find slightly high for my stage of business but it's well worth it for how easy and inviting it is to use the platform.

It's so much easier than the other platform I used previously. It's easier to make my emails beautiful and to set up a workflow, making me want to connect with my audience more regularly than before.

I've owned a business for 8 years (two different ones). There are a lot of emails that need to go to clients and flodesk is -hands down- the best one I've tried. I tell all my clients (also business owners) to switch to flodesk because it's easy to ise, beautiful, and seamless. I love the pop ups and workflows.

It used to be lack of analytics, but they fixed that and I have no complaints now!

Flodesk is easy to use and looks beautiful. It has made me really love creating emails and checkouts both. I see some complaints on here but don't really understand them. I think sometimes people don't know what they're doing then get frustrated and blame other people when there is usually a simple solution. I have had no issues. My payouts through stripe for the checkouts have been timely and prompt. My email opens keep climbing higher and higher all the time and I get compliments on the emails. We use the checkout to sell courses. I even created courses by using the checkout. I think it's awesome.

I like everything about flodesk. There is nothing not to like.

I like the new analytics. It lets me see how are performing and I can make improvements for better performance in the future. We have sold many many online courses using their checkout It allowed us to build a beautiful campaign to explain to customers thoroughly what we were selling. We've sold a lot through it. It's doubled our income by using it this year.

Simple, intuitive, affordable, very beautiful software. I love using Flodesk for my email newsletters! The templates are beautiful, they just released extremely robust analytics (that blew my Mailchimp account away), and it's very easy to use, even for baby beginners like me. When they added custom fields to their forms feature, I was able to start personalizing my emails which has increased my engagement rate quite a bit. I don't miss most of the features I used to have with Mailchimp because the pricing is comparatively low. I also use Checkout for selling a few of my design templates. I've made thousands in sales in just a few weeks, so that makes me a happy camper!

I would love to be able to connect more services to Flodesk without needing something like Zapier. They currently have limited integrations so I use Zapier for triggering emails from my online shop. It would be nice if there were more integrations included with my Flodesk subscription.

My Mailchimp email marketing used to be the biggest pain point in my business. My emails were ugly and they took me hours to put together. I dreaded sending email campaigns. There's a lack of robust tracking features. I wish it had a little more in the way of tagging clients in more ways and showing more percentages of open and specific click rates.

It garners attention from my list due to the beauty of the features. It's super easy to use so I'm inspired to use it more often. And the dashboard is easy to keep organized.

The automated customer journey emails are so helpful! It's so easy to learn and there are a ton of good tutorials.

The design templates can't be altered but you can still customize a lot.

The best thing about Flodesk is its aesthetics. Most people switch over to the platform for that reason alone. It has super robust features for still being in beta and I can tell right away when I receive an email from someone using the platform. Even if you want to create a super straightforward email design, the wide range of fonts and block color/padding customizations will elevate a simple design without much effort. Another really great feature is the ease of use. It's drag and drop with simple delete and duplicate actions and there really isn't much of a learning curve at all. Analytics are clear and easily accessible. Creating workflows (funnels and campaigns) is super simple to create, edit, and implement. Migration is simple. Customer service is quick and friendly. Because the platform is so new you will have eyes on your questions by either the creators or one of the few hires that they have, so it's really personalized service, at least at this point.

I wish the layouts and templates were editable. They are super beautiful and adaptive but I often have content that could utilize a particular layout in theory but as the blocks are fixed, don't exactly match up with the photos I'd like to use. As a designer, I also wish there was an option to upload my own custom fonts. I like to use fonts that aren't common to set myself and my clients apart. To their credit, Flodesk did a great job of adding both common and uncommon, really aesthetically attractive fonts to their site for your use.

Flodesk is a great email platform. I switched over to it from Mailchimp and chose it over Convertkit. You can schedule your email campaigns ahead of time and the analytics are easy to access. It is also so easy to create funnels with their workflow feature. Super simple and zero learning curve.
