The most helpful thing is it's design, as it seems seamless in my opinion to review content and filter through a huge pile of information.
Nothing so far in my opinion, it seems very detailed.
Managing contacts and sales in order to driver our business
What I like most about GreenRope is the fact that I believe I will be able to run my entire company on one platform. I also believe this has been the best onboarding experience of any platform I've ever considered and/or used.
So far, there is nothing I don't like about GreenRope.
We are still in the implementation phase. I anticipate that GreenRope will benefit us by keeping all of our projects in one platform beginning with the initial inquiry and continuing through completion of each project.
Everytime I run into a question when using Greerope, I know I can open a chat and get a response within seconds. Its customer service is amazing!

It can be really fiddly until you get used to it (and the reporting is a nightmare to build)

GreenRope is an extremely easy to use CRM solution. We were up and running in no time and it supports all the functionality we need. Support has been excellent!

GreenRope is helping us manage all our contacts effectively, its integrated marketing capabilities are a huge benefit, and its sales management/forecasting features are easy to use.
The automation - so many features to create custom automations. Tried all the big guys - none compare to the feature set. You can automated and different levels.
It takes a different mindset learning how data is organized around groups and not contacts - but once you get it - it's powerful. The online training needs to be updated - it is a little old.
Time. Spend less time in many areas, email, follow-up, and project management because of the various workflows and Task automation. Better communication results with our donors and staff.
The project management system. It is really useful to adapt it to our needs. Also custom objects and fields make things a breeze.
There are a few limitations with the system, especially when it comes to reports and notifications. Sending project updates to all contacts in a group is one.
Solving workflow issues, and it has helped us become more efficient and aware of our operations.
