I did a chat on Saturday evening, was connected right away, and spent nearly 49 minutes including a time when I lost my chat window for a time (my fault) and when I got back to it, the rep was still waiting patiently, picked up right where we left off. Answers were clear and concise, to the point, and took care of my questions fully. I signed up for hosting service based on both the excellent pricing and especially on the speed and ease of getting help!

Hostwinds is a fantastic web host - they solve problems and in an extremely timely manner. When I have a problem, their technicians get information that I can give them and determine what the problem is and fix it for me, while in most cases, you are in an IM session.

If my business grows, I'll just switch over to dedicated hosting. Nothing to dislike about the service provided.
