As user we can track all the status of the pending work and know all details of every step.
It would be nice if you can add more subelements in other subelemet.
It solves the tracking status and the updates by our workers.
I love how easy it was to set up integration with Facebook, Gmail, Twilio, etc! Everything is automated and simple.
I don't like the price of using the service. I have one small business client that needs a CRM and we are paying $130 per month for just that.
The ability to manage Facebook leads and have SMS and email notifications.
Monday Sales CRM is a customizable and remarkably easy-to-use tool. You can use the tool and can customize it according to your needs. The best thing about Monday is that the manager and the teammates can easily see the work status through the tool and follow up on things through this tool.
The pricing of the software is ok, but the price can be placed better
Monday.com has several features which are very beneficial for day-to-day activity: 1. Time Tracking 2. Task Management and help to track the status of the task 3. Sales Enablement and Marketing Champaign
Monday.com is one of the best CRM platforms to use. It's effortless and convenient to use. The managers can see the progress of theire employees through the platform. And Employees can manage their task list, leads generated, contacts, campaigns through the platform. Overall it best
Monday.com require a bit huge investment ad the cost of the platform is a bit high
It helps me to manage my team very easily especially when you have a team that is based out of the city or the country. It also works as a reminder that what task needs to be performed (high priority, low priority)
The way you can combine with multiple pr
that it constantly glitches and I have to restart the crm and the reinstall
Internal CRM
I'm a very visual person, so Monday makes it easy for me to see things at a glance! I love being able to color code groups, and set up the deals so that it tells me how close I am to my monthly goals. Also--the llama farm is hilarious!
The thing that I dislike about Monday is you get notifications for every little thing and you can't turn off individual notifications. The other thing is that when I set it up to notify me to follow up with someone, it says "follow up with this person" but doesn't tell me who it is so I have to click the link to open it. I'd like to know who I need to talk to at a glance! I'd also like to be able to use multiple accounts with a single email address for the business.
Automated follow-ups! I love programing the automations to fit my needs, and I can easily assign someone else to a contact if needed. It automatically catalogs emails for us which is a huge help as well!
- ease of use - beautiful UI/UX - the possibility of advanced process mapping - cheap compared to other options
- advanced data representation sometimes fails (complex charts, etc.) - more MS Excel like functionality would be nice
- a full sales CRM solution without compromises - enhancing the discovery of sales opportunities (follow-ups, cross-sells, upsells, etc.)
I like the design and that I can have all the information in one place sorted and classified into boards, groups, items and sub items. I have never used another CRM platform before. Only Excel.
Before when we started using CRM we didn't have all the automations done and therefore had to be completing several dashboards with the same info. Now that is almost 100% solved. One thing I do notice is that when the dashboard is very loaded with information, it works slowly.
Having everything in one place, and that the whole company can see the status and progress of each dep. Dashboards, if well automated, are of great use to everyone.
I love monday because of its team, financial and operational organization. The simplicity of use and being very intuitive. All company employees use it and it is helping us a lot!
It's hard to say something I don't like, because Monday itself is very complete. However, the charge without prior notice in the inclusion of new users. This leaves something to be desired at times.
The organization of tasks is being resolved 100%. We are much more organized and our sales have increased a lot. monday resolves all these issues. My business performance has increased a lot
The best thing about Monday.com is that my organization is no longer using Excel. Now we do not have to maintain that long file. Just one click on CRM and everything is done.
Not able to all the features of Monday.com like Gantt, Karbonn and many more because we are running a standard version. Also, Monday.com is a bit costly
To Hold sales meeting Maintaining the sales Pipeline Maintaining the record of employees that where they are traveling Keeping Record of Customers Keeping Record of deals
I love how easy and transaprent the tool is
I can't find anything I dislike at the moment
Right now I have all my contacts and leads in one place, I can easily manage them in one place. The sales pipeline is really intuitive and helps me save time.
Easy to use. Dashboards are great and fun
There are no downsides. I like everything
It provides a central area for all to access important sales information from Admin all the way up to the Executive level.
I like the way that you can use customise automations. I can do everything from setting up reminders for tasks and sending out a custom message, to including dependencies on items so that information stays up to date as the project progresses.
Some features don't work as well as they could, including using monday to manage emails. I have also found some things work and then suddenly stop working (perhaps as they make changes while updating the app). It was great how when responding to an email notification you could respond directly in the email and this would automatically be added to the item's conversation.
The team is super helpful and fast at responding to inquiries. I was having trouble changing a team admin to a viewer and they got the problem fixed straight away.
On Moday we can use any CRM from templates or we can create from zero. This is the best think for us because we can to whatever we need for the team envolved. Awesome platform.
I think that Monday could start some open courses so we understand more about the platform. How can we use more and more. Because I never use any platform that had so many to offer.
My team could have every single information on real time. Everyone is updated. Information and leads.
How great that I can now have all of my customer contacts all in the same place and all the notes from contact that I and my employees have had with these contacts.
I'm not 100% sure on how to use all of it's capability and I think that it is a bit clunky with all of the columns. Maybe some templates would help facilitate this.
It's solving contact issues. If someone has had contact with a customer and they are not at work one day, someone else will be able to start where they left off if they are using the software correctly and leaving notes.
Organization and the format that is used
nothing I dislike about it, maybe some more tables would be great
Helps me track down information in a fraction of the time
Monday uses a very friendly and fluid UI/UX, the ability to track project status and stage at a glimpse. using the dashboard view adds depth to the analysis stage.
it requires some understanding of the process flow to have a perfect board integration and automation. the use of the app on iOS and Android feels a bit outdated.
we are a small company with 5 active users on Monday. I would say, it has enabled us to have an active reviewable pipeline with a very easy search function to filter certain leads. All this at a relatively low cost.
The people see in a transparent way who is responsible for what, at what time and what is the status of the deal. Lot's of integrations that are helpfull as well.
Is not the "box" solution, with the integrations it's a never-ending story you can build and build, for some people it's overwhelming, but IMHO you just need to set for yourself the functionalities and not use the ones you don't need.
Transparency and ease of use first of all. No need to click a lot, the system does a lot of steps for you, saved my time and money so I am focused on more important things.
I love how customizable the workspaces are. The gamification makes closing jobs very satisfying (getting the confetti is everything!) This isn't the first CRM I've ever used but it will be the standard by which I measure every other program going forward.
I definitely feel there are features I'm not using (or not using correctly) but it's hard to teach yourself what you don't know (even when there are very helpful videos in the library) so it would have been nice to get time with someone from a sales or training team to learn my way around when we first started.
We use monday sales CRM to track leads, clients, sales, and projects. It's an extremely effective dashboard for tracking production from start to finish and keeping all team members on the same page.
Ease of use, pre built templates, automations
Some features to fully run a deep tech projects are missing, but still good to go.
See the picture of your teams, automate the work.
