Nifty is an awesome project management tool and was much easier for me to get used to than both ClickUp and Asana that I have used previously. Having milestones interline with tasks is a game-changer, especially if your working in financial services that requires constant reporting and updating to a manager.
Nothing off of the top of my head, although more native integrations would be nice. Ideally, native integration to workday would be awesome but I don't know of any other software that do this at the moment
We solve the problem of task management and updating clients in a timely fashion. With tasks and milestones working together (unlike how they do in Asana and ClickUp) it makes it very easy to make sure I am doing everything one time and not the same thing over and over again by having my milestones and tasks integrated with one another.
I've tried Trello and ClickUp, but they just don't click for me. I do like ClickUp but it's a bit complicated (maybe I am just a little slow, lol). Trello was the first PM tool I used in my online career, so there would always be some love for it. But I just don't like the workflow especially after using ClickUp. Nifty I feel like takes the best from both Trello and ClickUp and implements into Nifty. This blows Trello out of the water by a LONG shot. I am in love with the UI and the ease of use. It makes me feel like I am right at home :) Nifty offers a lot of flexibility and the best of it all is that they are always improving the platform, which is awesome to see. I DO NOT, want to constantly change PM tools. If you'd done it before, you know exactly what I mean. I truly feel that I found the perfect PM tool for my needs and I highly recommend it to anyone that is on the fence.
The only issue I currently have is that it acts up from time to time. It gives permission errors when I in fact have the proper permissions. It is also a little slower than I'd like it to be. FIxing the speed would make this tool phenomenal, which I am sure we will get there sooner rather than later!
Creating templates for repetitive tasks for our team is a breeze with Nifty. It has helped us be more productive and has helped us meet project deadlines more effectively. The team enjoys using Nifty, so I feel it just improves so many things other than just the project management aspect of things.
I love Nifty's user interface as a project management tool. It has a ton of features that I love. Here are just a few: Dark mode - easy on the eyes. Mobile and Tablet app - on the go keeping track of my projects. Automation - upcoming feature that automates tasks based on criterias. Overall, Nifty PM continues to enhance its feature set that I'm happy to be a customer!
The only short coming is that they don't have an open API right now. It only has intergrations with Zapier. But it's coming...

I recently bought Nifty and wasn't sure if I would use it for my clients, but I am loving it and am upgrading my plan to get all of my clients on it! Makes client project timelines and tasks much easier to manage and communicate.
It is taking some time to learn all of the capabalities.

Nothing that I can really point out I run an audiology practice so my industry is very niche and did not expect native integrations although they would be nice :)
Nifty helps us collaborate, manage our daily and recurring tasks along with tracking patient schedules and checkups - the calendar feature is great for this and something I discovered after being a power user.

Nifty is awesome for managing projects and allowing clients to follow along or contribute during the process. Love the file sharing, commenting, and controlling project files in one place. Great for tracking all time on a given project. I enjoy the lack of obscure features the most. Nifty has what I need and isn't full of stuff that slows down using the software. Wonderful balance and fast to use.
Nifty combines the functionality of three apps without being too complicated.
Although there's an awesome gif library, there's currently no way to add custom emojis! 😠
Nifty has made onboarding new clients way easier. In the past we had to invite clients to Slack, Asana, and Google Docs. Many of our clients aren't tech-savvy and had a hell of a time juggling multiple apps. Now we only need Nifty!
It lets all project managers speed up the project cycles and align their teams in such a way that keeps then focused, avoid late deliveries and missing deadlines. It guides every team member step by step towards the conclusion of the project.
They tend to put more focus on annual subscription and I think some users would prefer a more broken down pricing model.
Team members have the ability to create timeline for deliverables and even set their own goals. Progress reporting is automated and keeps project managers up-to-date with every movement through the project life-cycle. Sharing documents related to the project and storing them in a secure location.
Ease of communication with my team and clients. I love the amount of things that Nifty allows you to accomplish in one system, housing files, creating documents and chatting with my team about specific tasks.
I would only like to see more templates created! Other than that, I love everything!!
It allows me to keep everything within one eco-system. The integrations have increased my team's productivity and been an awesome tool to introduce to clients as we onboard them.
I love how easy it is to track the projects and know the workload of each teammate. I've worked with a couple different platforms and i always felt like the functionality was very limited. Nifty has the best of everything. They always stay up to date and let everyone in the team know the new featured they've added. They also have great customer support. The interface is user friendly and it helps everyone make the most of the platform. They have a lot of options for customization, my favorite is that we can add the client's logo to their project. The view options (kanban, list, swimlane, and calendar) allow the team to work with whatever data view works best for them. Lastly, it lets us share the project with the client which makes it really easy for everyone to know how far we are on the project.
I would love for it to let me track my budget in each project. I don't like having to upload my activities one by one.
The main benefit is helping my creative team stay organized, and keeping clients informed. Nifty has helped us with this a lot.
I like that is all that asana and clockify have but together, is all I need in one, we can upload documents, manage our tasks, see how much time each one takes and implement new process with our clients, they can see our progress and review everything avoiding the sent of emails.
I would like to see more data and charts about the hour tracking, like a dashboard with the hours we invest in each project and task.

It is very organized, and you can modify how you want to view tasks (i.e. Kanban, List, Swimlane). I also love how I can link Google Documents to Nifty instead of downloading PDF/Word files and uploading them to a site over and over; it saves a lot of time and energy for everyone.
I don't dislike anything, but I do look forward to new features or updates that may improve the current system (which is already good).
I currently do not have any problems with Nifty. Among the benefits that I realized are the shared drive feature and linking to external applications (e.g. Slack). I enjoy using Nifty.
Our team uses Nifty to keep all tasks and documentation in one place, so far it has helped us centralize all the information and simplify the access to other team members, exchange files and work info. With Nifty we have improved our productivity thanks to the fact we have almost all of our operations documented, saved and organized in a place where all the team members can access the documentation they need without needing complicated or endless email chains of attachments.
I haven't found faults in Nifty, I have used other CRM managers in the past and Nifty is the one with better features. Nifty helped me with my workload, thus so far I don't have dislikes. I will have to see in the future if they implement new features but so far I enjoy using Nifty.
My boss can assign tasks easily, keep track and re-schedule them as he pleases. We can organize spaces according to the clients and companies. Furthermore, our organization can also document our clients' comments and have all the comments, changes and conversations saved for everyone's safety and legal protection. Also, I loooove the 'Files' section, now I don't have to attach and send the same files to multiple people several times a day when I can just upload them in the files section and direct our clients and team members there, and I don't have to search between thousands of messages to find the files because they are located in a separate section at the top of the projects.
I love the colors and design. Makes using the management board easy to see and navigate.

Everything in Nifty is easier than I imagined it might be. And it is simple. Not talking about perfect customer support.
So far I have not bumped into a dislike, but I've been quite new with Nifty, there would definitely be some.
I am more organized as a person. I used to be a mess in my tasks. A simple distraciton was enough to get me off track and to change my focus somewhere else. Nifty is so comfortable for me to use - it does not push me anywhere, it only shows me a way in a gentle manner, that it does not matter if I got distracted. I still remember where I was interrupted so I can continue... sooner than a customer reminds me to .)

Small business needs
Nifty is easily one of the best product management tools that I have used. It is very well designed, the software works as you would expect, easy on the eye and works as you would expect. It's especially intuitive if you have come across from one of the other big name tools out there that have similar functionality such as Trello, Wrike or Asana. One of nifty little features I like is the dark mode option which is super slick and just awesome. The software options are very simple and easy to setup to your liking, such as notification settings.
On Windows Nifty often won't update automatically forcing me to re download the latest version which can be annoying, as an admin I would like to have a quick view option to preview what each of my invited users does or doesn't have access to save back and forth if a certain permission or access has been missed.
I often work remotely especially since the pandemic started, it's paramount that I am able to quickly convey and receive information with my collaborators in the most streamlined manner possible across multiple projects, - Nifty gives me the ability to quickly get up to speed on projects without sifting through emails or instant messages not only with my colleagues but also directly with clients.
