New enhanced contact feature is very good
Currently there is nothing I don't like .
Quicker lead generation and qualifying of leads. Easy database and ezine mgmt.
Action Stream, Skype integration, Evernote, Custom Fields, Simple, Tracking, Colors.
No Direct Sync with Google Contacts they use PieSync currently
Staying in contact with Customers for my real estate business, making it funner
Simple to use and the email tracking feature that they have added is GREAT!
I don't like the way they orginize the Contact/Orginization. But that is based on my needing to see whats going on with multiple contacts on the same page as I'm talking to someone & know whats going on with every other contact at a glance.
Getting info on when emails are opened.
The super fast to view and time/date ordered sales actions with users notes for each action.
It would be handy if the organisation logo appeared by default for all contacts in that organisation.
All customer comms visible across the team means far less time searching and checking. Easy to create a task and assign it to a colleague. Easy to share contact notes with colleagues.
I love the database and be able to mass email selected clients in my database
There are a few features that I have requested that are still outstanding. We can chat about this & feel free to call me.
Mainly a databased and communications tool
OnePageCRM really does put everything I need at a glance on one page. I've trialled other CRM products but found them over-complicated and really alien to someone who's not familiar with sales jargon. OnePageCRM works for me so far.
Can't think of anything off hand! It's only been a few weeks.
Developing a structured approach to sales, and being able to keep track of calls and emails. Still early days, but feel much more on top of things!
The ability to take notes and see the previous entries quickly at a glance.
Not too many integration options, since transitioning to Monday it's been nice to have a more visual board of my contacts/clients.
Keeping notes on meetings clients and being able to tag managers/other team members.
It's simple and relatively easy to use. Online instructs are adequate to get information imported from other systems and loaded into Contacts and Organizations.
There are crazy preconditions present in the quote templates, and it's almost impossible to use when your clients/prospects are service delivery orgs where each contact oversees multiple services.
It helps a little with automating initial outreach to a list of organizations we are looking to target on behalf of a client of ours.
I've used both large and small CRM systems. I found OnePageCrm a little less intuitive for me. Perhaps this is different if you are a first-time CRM user. Easy to get going.
It is a little more expensive than some of its peers at the time of writing.
having a way to track contacts and leads
Everything is tied to your Contact or Lead .. similar to keeping notes in Outlook, but then it just morphs into an rather interesting concept of setting up sales streams for each individual. For a small business that does not have a ton of time managing a full CRM, this might be the tool.
It is rather tough to get used to the literally one-page view concept. Still too new to tell, but not seeing much on the integration side of things yet either.

I like the design and interface and the breadth of functionality. However, it's still "too much" for me. I found OPCRM under the keywords "easiest CRM for small business."
When I entertain purchasing a software, I have to be able to grasp the workflow within a few short minutes, otherwise, my ADD just bails on it. While I understood the workflow, it was still just not completely intuitive. I have found my solution and I so sincerely appreciate the opportunity to kick the tires on OPCRM. As well, I thank you for allowing me to give you some honest feedback.

This is a pretty interesting concept, however, I'm not sure how useful it is outside of the small business setting. It's nice for small teams, and I do love the minimalist two-tab layout when you first get into the app. The "Action Stream" and "Contacts" make focusing on your deals almost like a task list.
Lacks the robust functionality of major CRMs such as SFDC or Dynamics, and definitely cannot scale beyond a very small organization. OnePage also lacks the ecosystems that have been built around SFDC or Dynamics

Email integration is flawless. I have used the most popular CRMs on the market, and NONE of them integrate with your email and make it as easy for you to integrate emails with your database, and for you to see within your email program which emails are logged inside your database.
I honestly do not have a feature or system within OnePageCRM that I dislike.
For me, it is an all-purpose CRM for a small business, so I mostly keep a log of customer and prospect interactions within it and hold relevant documents inside of it.
Ease of use. Excelletnt interface. Adding contacts & importing from Outlook makes it one of the easiest to use even if you are moving from an existing solution Reporting and Analytics are so easy.
If you have a large sales team, it starts to get expensive.
Tracking deals and making it easy to follow up.
Easy to use, very flexible, and supports my business
No Downside for me. I've been using One Page for many years
One Page lets me manage my contacts efficiently and market to them effectively. It also syncs with Mail Chimp, which i use as my marketing tech
I like the link between the company email account and the CRM platform. The quality of the onboarding was excellent, with simple tutorial videos. I am not an expert in CRMs but the simplicity of the platform is appealing for the basic sales actions like follow ups. I will explore the deeper functionalities at a later stage.
I disliked the fact that the calendar function isn't interactive and that you have to go back to the Action Stream. I couldn't filter contacts and bulk emails by company.
Management of actionable items in relation to new and existing customers/stakeholders
It's really simple to use and gets the job done in terms of following up with leads. The customer support is also so far really great! Overall, nice, neat and simple app! Great job.
Nothing at the moment, I just got the app, for now, it's really nice and simple
Having reminders of actions towards leads
I LOVE that it is simple! So many of the CRM's we considered were WAY to complicated and offered WAY to much. This is easy to use, which means it will get used. It adds to productivity, it doesn't slow you down with nonsense data entry.
I don't know that I have anything I that is really not worth disliking. If I had to pick one thing (and it is minor), if I attach an excel file that has macros, I can't preview in the CRM software, I have to download it. We ended up just changing the excel file format to not have macros, so now when we upload it as a note, it is visible in the CRM without having to download.
It keeps my follow up and daily task super easy to manage. It is easy to use, and all in one spot on my PC or mobile device. It has definitely improved our productivity and bottom line!
This CRM starts simple and lets you add complexity as needed. That is the opposite of most CRMs I have seen. The level of user-friendliness is hard to match. It is the cleanest but most functional CRM I have used.
Some of the integration setups with outside tools can be a little clunky, but it has improved over time.
Many CRMs are so filled with features that it is difficult to start as a user. I chose this CRM for some of my clients because it was the best way to get them into CRM use without being overwhelmed.
