The chat bot templates are amazing for Tidio. Most of my clients can automatically edit and change the chats to suit their needs. Its a great way to get leads and new customers for a lot of local businsseses without breaking the bank!
I wish there was a way to do chat to text. Chat to text meaning the customer doesn't have to stay on the webchat to get a response. They input their number and email, and the chat goes to the customers text messages. Podium does that well, but Podium is very pricey for most budgets.
It helps us gain leads and clients on a daily basis. It really helps convert visitors to customers. It did streamline all my leads into one platform.
Tidio is fast, efficient, versatile to support customers on multiple channels, has advanced functionality to manage any online business.

Tidio allows us to manage customers all over the world and provide them with efficient support. When we are offline, Tidio bit manages support efficiently as well.
I love how Tidio provides a full fledged support for beginners that don't know how to code, and it's super intuitive to use. It's also tailored right from the beginning, so we don't have to make much adjustments--meaning they already curated the messaging to boost a conversion, sale, etc.
So far it's just a little difficult to know where to see how to adjust the bot conversation. However, that is nothing that can't be learned!
Tidio is helping me see how many users want to have a conversation with me. Also, they help the website drive conversion for anyone that has a question, because it's much easier to chat rather than email.
It's been a great help to my business. I don't have to worry about customer service anymore because the chatbot takes care of it all! It's easy to use and it's really effective. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a chatbot.

Oy, this is a difficult question. I like everything about tidio, I only miss an integration with Whatsapp Business, that would complete Tidio!
All channels where my customers contact my company. It is very different and Tidio saves me time and therefore money.
Tidio helps my team and me communicate with our customers with ease. The free plan is enough but once you purchase the advanced, it is a game changer for our business.
I think the only thing I dislike of Tidio is it does not have a queue for the customers to know where they stand with our operators. I think that is the only thing that is missing.
Tidio is not solving but adding value to our customer service initiative in adding a new way to communicate to our team. The live help and live typing also puts our customer service team ahead to be able to respond in a timely manner.
The features that helped us are converting viewers into leads, getting real-time analytics of viewers, and notifications whenever there's a new lead helped us to serve customers quickly.
There're a few minor UI bugs in the admin dashboard, which I would expect to be fixed soon. But, rest of the system works the best and I would recommend it to others.
